There are moments in this business that truly take my breath away—and this maternity session was one of them. When a couple chooses to travel three hours just to have their maternity photos taken by me, I can’t help but feel incredibly honored and humbled. This beautiful mama-to-be made the journey to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and absolutely glowed in the golden light of the desert. She carefully selected dresses from my curated client closet—home to over 200+ gowns in sizes ranging from S to XXL—choosing styles that not only highlighted her natural beauty but also harmonized perfectly with the soft tones of the New Mexico desert.

As a maternity photographer based in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho, New Mexico, one of my favorite things about photographing in this region is how stunning the natural landscape is.
